摘

要

质量是现代企业生存和发展的决定性因素之一。汽车总装是汽车生产的最后一个
环节,在汽车企业的质量管理中起着举足轻重的作用,而质量数据是现代企业质量管
理的前提和基础。本文较全面地研究了汽车总装车间质量数据的采集与管理的理论、
技术和实现,对我国汽车企业提高质量管理水平具有一定的理论意义和实践价值。 
在总结质量数据采集、组织和分析历史和现状的基础上,首先分析了汽车总装车
间质量数据采集的内容与方法,并采用XML 技术和Web Services 技术实现了汽车总装
车间各异构系统质量数据的集成采集,为质量数据的完整的组织管理创造了前提条
件。 
其次,针对传统汽车企业车间的质量数据组织管理中存在的不足,提出以装配品
质BOM 来组织管理汽车总装车间的质量数据。并且详细研究了汽车装配品质BOM 的
构建及生成过程,最终实现了汽车总装车间质量数据合理、完整、有序的组织和管
理,有利于汽车总装车间质量数据统计分析的成功实施。 
接着,本文具体研究了汽车总装车间质量数据的统计分析方法。采用排列图和因
果图对质量数据进行静态分析,从而找出影响装配质量的关键工序及其质量影响因
素;然后,利用SPC 控制图对这些关键工序和质量影响因素进行动态分析,实时控制
这些工序及其质量影响因素;并且采用工序能力指数对工序能力进行综合评价。它们
为汽车总装车间质量问题的发现和解决提供了科学有效的分析方法。 
最后,在上述技术研究的基础上,本文设计开发了JacMES 系统中汽车总装车间
质量数据采集和管理模块,基本实现了对汽车装配车间质量问题的及时准确发现、预
测和控制。

Abstract 
It's undisputable fact that quality is one of decisive factors for modern enterprise's 
surviving and developing. As the final link of the automobile production,Automobile 
assembly play an important role in quality management of automotive. The quality data is the 
basis and precondition of quality management in modern enterprise.The theory, technology 
and implementation of quality data acquisition, organization and analysis in automobile 
assembly workshops is researched all around in this thesis. What has profound some 
theoretical significance and practice value for the enterprises to improve the level of quality 
management. 
   On the basis of summarizing the history and current situation of acquisition, organization 
and analysis of quality data, firstly, the content and methods of the acquisition of quality data 
in automobile assembly workshops is analyzed, by adopting XML technology and Web 
Services technology the quality data integrated acquisition in heterogeneous system of 
automobile assembly workshops is achieved, which is a prerequisite for complete 
organization and management of quality data.  
  Secondly, Aiming at the shortcomings of organization and management of quality data in 
traditional automobile enterprises workshops, organizing quality data in automobile assembly 
workshops by assembly quality bill of materials is advanced. Furthermore, the construction 
and generation process of assembly quality bill of materials is researched in detail. The 
reasonable, integrity and orderly organization and management of product quality data is 
achieved ,which is beneficial to carrying out quality data statistical analysis. 
  In addition, the statistical analysis methods of quality data in automobile assembly 
workshops is specific studied.By adopting permutation chart and causal analysis chart ,The 
key processes and theirs quality factors which affecting the assembly quality mostly is found ; 
While the dynamic analysis of quality data can contol these key processes and quality factors 
by adopting SPC control chart. Moreover, and the process capability indices is used to 
comprehensively evaluate process

capability. which provide scientific and effective analysis 
methods for discovering and solving quality problems in automobile assembly workshops.
