基于GPON的企业电信业务综合接入
摘 要
随着信息化技术的不断发展，企业对电信业务的需求日益增加。电信
运营商通过传统的铜缆或光缆提供语音、视频、数据等业务的接入，但
各业务的物理链路互不相干，组网方式自成一体。不管是对电信运营商
还是对企业用户，都带来了使用和维护成本高、组网复杂的问题。基于
无源光网络技术（PON）的光接入网（OAN）的发展，使上述难题的解决
成为了可能。
本论文设计了基于GPON 技术的企业电信业务综合接入网模型，总结
了实际应用场景下的组网模式，提出构建企业GPON 光接入网必须解决的
关键技术。重点分析了GPON Qo S 的架构与实现机制，验证GPON 技术实
现语音、数据、视频等多业务可靠传输的可行性。通过对GPON 的光纤保
护技术、数据加密和终端认证技术、用户安全认证技术的研究，验证了
基于GPON 的企业电信业务综合接入网的安全性和可靠性。
接下来，简要介绍上海电信GPON 商用试点工程，并对该工程进行了
项目投资评估和进度控制的分析，从技术上、经济上论证了项目实施的
可行性，为将来大规模部署基于GPON 技术的FTTx 接入网积累了经验，
以便于建设符合上海地区实情的基于GPON 的企业电信业务综合接入网。
最后，总结全文，对GPON 企业光接入网的应用前景进行展望，并给
出下一步工作的主要方向。

GPON-Based Integrated Access to Telecommunication
Service of Enterprise
ABSTRACT
With the constantly development of information technology, the
enterprise’ requirement on telecomm-service has been increasing. The carrier
permits voice, video and data, each of which is isolated, to be transmitted
over traditional fiber-optic cable or copper telecoms cable, and provides
service over separated physical links. High cost and complex network are two
main problems to both carrier and users. The advancement of Optical Access
Networks (OAN) based on technology of Passive Optical Network (PON)
will make it possible to solve the problems above.
This thesis presents the pattern of integrated access to telecom-Service for
enterprise that’s based on GPON, the summary of the samples of network in
practical application, and the key-technology. The architecture of GPON QoS
is analyzed. And the feasibility of transmission of voice, data, and video over
GPON is verified as well. By study on the technology of fiber-optic
protection, data-encryption and the user authorization, the security and

feasibility are also validated.
Then, the thesis briefings the pilot project for the further business purpose,
estimates the investment, studies the progress control, demonstrates the
feasibility of technology and finance, and sums up the experience, for the
construction of the pattern based on GPON network according to Shanghai
reality.
It comes to the summarization at the end with the prospect of the pattern
based on GPON and guidance of the following works.
