脆系数增加,氢脆敏感性逐渐增强。极化电位负移,完好涂层试样表面涂层破裂
需要时间缩短,氢脆系数增加,氢脆敏感性逐渐增强。完好涂层907钢.O.9lV时,
氢脆系数略有增加,断口微观形貌出现脆性断裂特征;
.O.96V时,极化电阻减
小最明显,阴极保护电流迅速增加,氢脆系数迅速增加,进入氢脆危险区,断口
形貌70%为脆性断裂特征,该条件下发生以解理为主的氢脆。随极化电位负移,
5%涂层破损907钢氢脆敏感性增强,.1.01V氢脆系数进入氢脆危险区。
对比分析阴极极化对907裸钢、完好涂层和5%涂层破损907钢氢脆敏感性影
响发现:907裸钢和涂层钢氢脆敏感性随阴极极化电位负移增强,恒电位拉伸过
程极化电流逐渐增大。.0.91~.1.11V范围内,同一电位极化时,完好涂层和5%
涂层破损907钢极化电流都小于裸钢,氢脆系数都显著高于裸钢。阴极极化对907
涂层钢氢脆敏感性影响显著大于对907裸钢的影响。907涂层钢较易发生氢脆断
裂,可能因为涂层破裂处应力集中,并且涂层完好部分阻碍氢向外扩散,从而加
速氢在局部区域集中,金属中氢浓度迅速达到临界值,从而很快导致裂纹孕育、
扩展,直至断裂。
