摘 要
Semantic Web 是下一代互联网的关键技术之一它帮助机器在Web
上进行语义交流和理解
Ontology 是Semantic Web 上语义理解的基础
相当于定义词汇表关系属性和推理规则用于描述机器可理解的知识
但Ontology 目前存在一个两难问题一方面建立一个能满足Internet
上所有机器交流需求的Ontology 是不现实的而另一方面没有这样的
Ontology 又无法保证任意两台机器间的语义交流
为此本文提出采用Global Ontology 和Local Ontology 两级模式应
对此问题的思路而此两级模式需要在Semantic Web 和Agent 构建的网
络虚拟社会中运作为了进一步探究这一思路的可行性具体实现了
一个网络虚拟社会单元的样例

Based on Semantic Web and Agent
Abstract
Sem antic Web, which will help m achines sem antically com m unicate
on Web, has been one of the critical technologies of the next generation
I nternet. Ontology is the basic of sem antic understanding, which acts as
vocabulary, and the relational attributions and reasoning rules on the
vocabulary. However, there exists a two- hard Ontology problem : on one
side, it’ s unrealistic to create an Ontology which would satisfy all the need
of the m achines on I nternet; on another side, no such Ontology m eans we
can not m ake sure of sem antic com m unication between each two
m achines.
I n this paper we bring forward an idea that is to use Global Ontology
and Local Ontology two- class m ode to handle this problem . What’ s m ore,
the m ode runs in the “Web Virtual Society” which is constructed by the
Sem antic Web and Agent techonologies. I n order to further explore the
feasibility of this idea, we im plem ent a Web Virtual Society unit, E-
Learning School.
Our research works include:

Bring forward a notion about constructing Web Virtual Society
(WVS) with Sem antic Web and Agent. The Web sites which use
Sem antic Web techonologies act as WVS unit, while agent acts as
hum an. We can i m itate the real society to construct WVS.

Bring forward the Global Ontology and Local Ontology two- class
m ode in WVS to handle Ontology two- hard problem . Global
Ontology is used to express route knowledge to m ake agents able
to com m unicate, while Local Ontology describes professional
knowledge to m ake agents com m unicate deeply.

Design the fram ework of WVS unit. Each WVS unit is self-
m anaged by agents belonging t o the unit, and perform s its social
fu nction.

Design agent in WVS unit. Agents in a WVS unit are divided two
types, outside- com m unication agent and inside- wok agent. The
form er knows about Global Ontology, and is in charge of outside
com m unication; the later is equipped with Local Ontology and are
responsible with ...
